First Time Guests
If you are a first time guest, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so you have time to fill in your Guest Treatment Record. This gives us the details we need to provide you with the best possible treatment during your visit.
Guest Arrival Time
We believe that every guest deserves to enjoy their alloted treatment time and our full attention. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be cut short so that other guests are not impacted. We thank you for your understanding.
For all skin treatments (facials, peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal and IPL skin rejuvenation etc) or appointments that are 30 minutes or more in duration, we may request a 50% deposit to secure your preferred date and time. For skin consultations, IPL skin rejuvenation or laser hair removal consultations, and for any booking on a Saturday, 100% prepayment may be requested.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.
For appointments secured with a deposit, prepaid treatments and gift vouchers, an amount equal to 50% of the value of the appointment will be forfeited if less than 24 hours notice is provided to change or cancel an appointment. For prepaid skin consultations, including electrolysis, IPL skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal consultations, 100% of the value of the treatment will be forfeited if less than 24 hours notice is provided to change or cancel the appointment.

If an item purchased is faulty, please advise us immediately to arrange its return with your receipt and packaging intact, so that we may contact the manufacturer.
Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases.
Spabar gift cards are a great way to show someone special you care.
Gift vouchers are generally valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, but please check the expiry date on the back of the card to ensure you have plenty of time to redeem your lovely gift.
When you wish to redeem your gift card, please make your booking quoting your gift card number so that we can secure your preferred time and day.
Our cancellation policy applies to gift card bookings, so we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours to change or cancel your booking.
Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards cannot be honoured, so please treat your gift card as it if were cash.

As our guest, we want you to be comfortable during your treatment. If you require any assistance from any of our team, please don't hesitate to ask. This includes additional towels or pillows, your room temperature, lighting or any other element of our service.
